Yuè (乐) Lunar New Year Set Menu and Signature Dishes
Embracing the spirit of togetherness and abundance, Yuè’s festive menu blends rich flavours and traditions to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Available as set dishes or à la carte, highlights include Braised Cordyceps Flower Broth with Fish Maw, Crab Meat and Conpoy, Steamed Cod Fish with Yunnan Wood Fungus and Red Dates in Superior Soy Sauce, Abundance Treasure Pot, and Sautéed Prawn with Scallop and Macadamia Nut—each crafted to elevate the festive experience. Diners can choose from four curated set menus for groups of four to ten persons, ranging from S$318++ for four persons to S$988++ for ten persons, with each set featuring Yuè’s signature Prosperity Yu Sheng.

Yuè’s Abundance Treasure Pot is a luxurious centrepiece perfect for Lunar New Year gatherings, bringing together a medley of premium ingredients that symbolises prosperity and good fortune. This hearty claypot dish is brimming with 6 Head Abalone, tender Sea Cucumber, succulent Roasted Pork Belly, Tiger Prawn, juicy Chicken Thigh, and crispy Fried Fish Maw.
Coupled with a selection of premium earthy Shiitake Mushroom, fresh Scallop, Conpoy, Chinese Sausage, Black Moss, Dried Oyster, White Cabbage, and Yam to complete the rich assortment, the medley of goodness is simmered for three hours in a flavourful chicken broth, allowing the ingredients to meld into a delicious, nourishing harmony that is sure to impress.
Braised Abalone 迎春接福恭喜你 | S$178++
This luxurious dish features a generous spread of exquisite Braised 6-Head Abalone with Golden Bag, Shiitake Mushroom, Dried Oyster, and Seasonal Vegetable. Carefully slow-cooked over three hours in a rich aromatic broth, each ingredient absorbs the depth of flavours, creating a symphony of taste and texture.
This festive dish is a culinary masterpiece, blending symbolic ingredients with exquisite flavours—abalone representing good fortune, mushroom signifying longevity, and oyster embodying luck, creating a harmonious tribute to the Lunar New Year. 21 on Rajah Prosperity Buffet Spread
Lunar New Year at 21 on Rajah is perfect for patrons who prefer a wide variety of dishes to savour over conversations. The expansive dining space on the first level of the East Wing at Aloft Singapore Novena invites guests to enjoy their meals while taking in the lush greenery and vibrant surroundings through its floor-to-ceiling glass panels.
From 2 January to 12 February, 21 on Rajah prepares a spread of tantalising festive, local and international dishes to satisfy the dining preference of diverse appetites across all age groups, while experiencing the same joyous festivities.
From S$56++, patrons will also be treated to a Chinese Reunion Special, on top of the regular selection, which will feature up to five festive dishes on rotation, including the Prosperity Yu Sheng with Abalone. Diners who wish to toss the traditional Yu Sheng will be able to separately order a portion, available at S$68++ (serves 4 to 5 persons) or S$88++ (serves 8 to 10 persons), to add a joyous touch to the occasion.
To complement this festive spread, guests can also indulge in a Singaporean favourite—Slipper Lobster in Chilli Crab-Style or Black Pepper Sauce, paired with Deep-Fried Mantou. Prepared with a unique twist on traditional crab dishes, the bright red shell of the slipper lobster symbolises a prosperous New Year, embodying luck and abundance. Its tender meat, combined with bold, savoury sauces, brings an elevated and flavourful experience, making it a fitting and delightful addition to the festive table.
To further enhance the festive season, 21 on Rajah will also feature a variety of delicious cuisine at the carving station. With two rotating options from the US Beef Ribs with Spanish Paprika-Glazed BBQ Sauce, to whole seafood choices like Whole Baked Salmon in Ginger Soy Sauce and Hong Kong-Style Whole Seabass in Superior Soya Sauce. A standout is the Slow-Cooked Roasted Australian Beef Rib-Eye, served with grilled vegetables—perfectly suited for the Lunar New Year, symbolising abundance and bringing a festive touch to each celebratory gathering.
Conclude the Lunar New Year feast on a sweet finale by indulging in a selection of delightful desserts and festive treats. Traditional favourites such as Bubur Chacha, Pulut Hitam with Coconut Sauce, and colourful Nonya Kueh pay homage to the festive season, while crowd-favourites like the Chocolate Fondue with fresh fruits, cookies and candies, as well as the iconic Singapore potong ice cream offer a refreshing end.
