ANTI:DOTE welcomes the Yuletide season with an array of seasonal cure-all cocktails. These specially crafted cocktails are designed to complement the festive lunch and dinner sets, tapas, and afternoon tea, and embody the essence of the bar’s signature cure-all concept, drawing inspiration from both ancient and modern remedies from around the world.
ANTI:DOTE takes the art of mixology to the next level this holiday season. From 24 to 31 December, enjoy two delightful tapas dishes perfectly accompanied by Christmas-inspired cocktails at $88++ per person. The first pairing sees a handcrafted Black Angus Beef Tartare paired with the Grinch’s Favourite, a light and botanical concoction with Hendricks Neptunia Gin as its foundation, before layering on notes of crisp cucumber, corn, edamame and the antioxidant-rich fennel. The second pairing introduces a 65°C Sous Vide 24-Hour Octopus paired with the Most Wonderful Thyme cocktail, featuring Botanist Gin, elderflower, thyme, pepper, yoghurt and house-made cordial. Bringing pleasant floral notes, the elderflower pays homage to a herbal treatment that dates back to ancient times.
For your merry-making throughout the season, ANTI:DOTE has also created the Golden Festival which is available as a sharing punch bowl ($158++, $28++ for cocktail). Enhance the enchantment that surrounds the holidays with this delightful concoction of cognac, festive tea, fig jam and gold. Available through the entire month of December, the festive cocktail celebrates the healing properties of figs, which are believed to alleviate digestive issues.
For afternoon tea, head mixologist Kingston Chin has curated two cocktails to pair with the selection of decadent sandwiches and sweets. Xocolatl Festivo features raisin butter-washed Santa Teresa 1796 Rum, Campari fat-washed with dark chocolate, and the invigorating Cocchi Chinato—a traditional Italian remedy for colds. A warm and spice-forward drink, the whisky-based Just Like Christmas features lemon, mulled wine, and nausea-relieving ginger. The cocktails will also be available during the evenings at $25++.
On the food front, gourmands will appreciate the Boston Lobster in a sesame basket, as well as the popular Coronation Chicken, served with a charcoal bun and a unique raisin mayonnaise. Popular Christmas ingredients such as chestnuts, brandy, and pistachio feature in the desserts. Chestnuts and housemade tangerine marmalade are served on a buttery sable, while petite festive desserts include a log cake filled with Gingerbread Crémeux and a Brandy-soaked fruit cake.
The ANTI:DOTE Festive Afternoon Indulgence will be available from 1 to 31 December 2023 and 1 to 10 January 2024 at $98++ per person, which includes two cocktails, and $68++ per person for two non-alcoholic beverages; served daily from 3pm to 5pm. An additional session from 12pm to 2pm will be available on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
The magic of the holiday season continues with sumptuous festive set menus available from 1 to 31 December 2023. For lunch and dinner, you and your loved ones can indulge in a splendid Three-Course Menu ($58++) that presents the very best of the season. Work up an appetite with an Asparagus & Jamon Ham starter filled with notes of truffle before indulging in the main of Butter Poached Silver Cod Fish, served with a spiced Otak-Otak Mousseline, a drizzle of clam sauce, trout roe and sugar peas. For dessert, a Cocoa Oabika takes centre stage, with a rich Grand Cru chocolate crémeux, sea salt sables and whiskey gel for a touch of celebration. If you’re looking for a lighter option, a Two-Course Lunch Menu is available at $48++, with the choice of adding a Cocktail of the Day at $15++.
Lunch hours are from 12pm to 2:30pm, while dinner is served from 5.30pm to 10.30pm.
