Coffee lovers, your next must-visit café has arrived. Blue Bottle Coffee, the cult-favourite brand known for its meticulous approach to sourcing and brewing, has officially opened its first Southeast Asian outpost at LUMINE SINGAPORE in Raffles City. With its signature minimalist charm and an unwavering focus on craft, this new café blends Californian heritage with local flavour in a way that is both intentional and inviting — just like your favourite cup of coffee should be.
Housed in a 135-square-metre space with 42 seats, the café is designed to be a sanctuary in the city — one where you can pause, recharge, and truly savour. A U-shaped island bar anchors the space, offering 360-degree visibility and fostering the kind of personal connection that Blue Bottle Coffee is known for. The open layout, white oak furniture, and custom oak Taguchi speakers create a warm yet modern atmosphere that welcomes you to linger just a little longer.
You can expect all the beloved Blue Bottle signatures, including perfectly brewed drip coffee, richly layered espressos, and a standout Cold Brew (S$7.50). The New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee (S$8), made with roasted chicory, milk, and organic cane sugar, is a creamy, comforting pick for Singapore’s tropical heat.
Espresso-based offerings span the full range — from Macchiatos to Mochas — and are made with beans roasted to order in small batches and shipped fresh from Blue Bottle’s regional roasteries. Non-coffee options are also plentiful, including Matcha Lattes (S$9.50), Hot Chocolate (S$9), and Kimino Sparkling Juices. Dairy alternatives like oat milk are available at no additional charge.
To complete the experience, Blue Bottle Coffee has partnered with homegrown favourite Bakery Brera, known for its dedication to artisanal craftsmanship and social responsibility. Their pastry menu, crafted specially for the Singapore launch, features two city-exclusive items:
Pandan Canelé with Kaya — a caramelised crust filled with custardy pandan and a heart of rich kaya (S$6)
Coconut Kouign-Amann — a Breton pastry with a tropical twist of toasted grated coconut (S$8)
These sit alongside beloved staples like the Almond Croissant, Triple Cheese & Turkey Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, and classic Canelés. Each pastry is made with premium flours sourced from France and Japan, and every bite reflects the shared values of care, craft, and quality.
The design language of the café is pure Blue Bottle — minimalist, calming, and detail-obsessed. But it also pays homage to Singapore’s cosmopolitan energy. The stainless steel bar reflects the fashion-forward setting of LUMINE, while soft leather accents and warm lighting make the space feel like an urban retreat. Seasonal floral installations by local studio The Florté add a poetic touch, inspired by the flower markets of Covent Garden.
Blue Bottle believes in a community-first approach, where each touchpoint—from the beans in your brew to the artists behind your surroundings—is part of a thoughtful ecosystem.
This ethos is echoed in every part of the Blue Bottle experience, from its sustainability commitments to its best-in-class barista training. Coffee is roasted to order, traceable to source, and scored above 84 points on a 100-point specialty coffee scale — a mark of excellence you can taste in every sip.
Whether you’re in search of your new morning ritual, a quiet space for afternoon reflection, or simply a cup of coffee that sparks joy, Blue Bottle Coffee at LUMINE SINGAPORE delivers. It’s not just about caffeine — it’s about community, craft, and connecting you to a more beautiful moment, one sip at a time.
Visit the café at LUMINE Singapore, Raffles City #01-01, daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Let yourself slow down, settle in, and experience coffee—the Blue Bottle way.
