Dedicated to creating memorable moments for you and your loved ones, the luxurious hotel presents a series of extravagant experiences for the entire family, from a fun-filled Hawaiian Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung, to brunch sharing platters at Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden and La Scala Ristorante, plus a special afternoon tea over at the Lobby Lounge.
15 Stamford by Alvin Leung’s Hawaiian Easter Sunday brunch elevates its popular ‘Tropical Sunday Brunch’ with vibrant live entertainment, Aloha-themed cocktails, extravagant dishes, and a series of egg-citing activities for the whole family.
Easter brunch is a time to come together, and 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung provides the perfect occasion, with decadent brunch stations featuring modern Asian classics, grilled meats, and fresh seafood. Sumptuous highlights include Fresh Seafood on ice, Seasonal Oysters, an indulgent Foie Gras live station, Crackling Pork Belly, Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender, Angus Beef Ribeye, and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg. Easter specials such as Deviled Eggs, Scotch Eggs, and Rum and Raisin Hot Cross Buns also grace the spread.
The brunch comes with free-flowing champagne courtesy of Telmont, an organic and environmentally friendly champagne with a singular and perfect balance between tension and freshness. You can also enjoy unlimited Tiki cocktails by The Bar at 15 Stamford, such as the refreshing Jungle Bird made with BACARDÍ Anejo Cuatro rum.

The Hawaiian Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is priced at $198++ per person for the first seating from 12pm to 2pm, and $178++ per person for the second from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. You can enjoy free-flow Telmont Brut Reserve NV, Telmont Reserve Rose NV, Billecart Salmon Rose, and Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs, priced at $198++, $208++, $248++, and $258++ per person, respectively.
If you prefer a German or Italian brunch can hop by Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden and La Scala Ristorante, located at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski. To keep children entertained while parents enjoy a long leisurely brunch, the Arcade will also feature a ball pit and bouncy castle for a fun-filled Easter.
At Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden, you can look forward to delicious German specialities. The hearty feast begins with Deviled Eggs and Pretzel & Obatzda Cheese, followed by a sharing platter comprising Slow Roasted Pork Knuckle, Crispy Baked Chicken marinated with German spices and herbs such as rosemary, curry powder, and caraway seed, plus a Grilled German Seasonal Sausage Platter served with sauerkraut and mustard. Additionally, you can expect to enjoy Frieda’s Grilled White Asparagus with Black Forest Ham and a side of fries generously seasoned with chilli powder, curry powder, garam masala, and coriander seed flower.
La Scala Ristorante offers a languid afternoon of feasting with an Italian-style Easter brunch. The chefs will begin the feast by serving a pizza and Deviled Eggs. Following this is a generous sharing platter ladened with Grilled 180-day Grain Fed Flank Steak, Sauteed Jumbo Prawns with garlic butter, and an Oven Baked Chicken Leg with a spicy, tangy sauce. Sides such as Herb Roasted Potatoes, Butternut Pumpkin Wedges, Grilled Sweet Corn, and Caramelised Apple and Pineapple complete the meal.
The Easter menus at both Frieda German Restaurant & Beer Garden and La Scala Ristorante are priced at $110++ with free-flow Aperol Spritz or $88++ for food alone for adults and $44++ for accompanying children.
Lobby Lounge at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore will serve a special Easter Afternoon Tea menu featuring delicious seasonal fare. Spend time with loved ones over scrummy tea-time bites, such as Deviled Eggs with asparagus and Ham & Apple Chutney Sandwiches. A refreshing Chilled Carrot Soup with candied ginger precedes a savoury ‘Bunny’ Pancake with poached quails’ eggs and bacon cream. Other delights include a traditional Hot Cross Bun with mixed fruit, a Mini Portuguese Egg Tart, and a colourful Easter Funfetti Cake.
The Easter Afternoon Tea is priced at $62++ per person with tea pairing and an additional $42++ for free-flow sparkling wine.
