Returning to Ginger this year is Chef Alan Ho, President of the Taiwan Chefs Association, showcasing his extensive repertoire of Taiwanese classics and popular street food. This marks Chef Alan’s second international showcase since becoming the President of the Taiwan Chefs Association in 2023. With years of experience in the food and beverage industry and accolades including a Gold Medal at the 2016 FHA Singapore International Culinary Competition, Chef Alan brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep cultural understanding of Taiwanese cuisine.
Adding to the excitement this year is a lineup of new mouth-watering dishes. The ‘Bigger-Than-Face’ XXL Crispy Chicken Cutlet lives up to its name with a boneless chicken cutlet fried to golden perfection in massive portions. Meanwhile, Taiwan’s beloved beef noodles get a luxurious upgrade with Black Angus Beef Noodles, simmered over slow hours to infuse the rich flavours of premium beef.
For fans of oyster mee sua, the Fried Oyster Mee Sua offers a twist on the classic, with oysters fried until golden and placed atop tender wheat vermicelli in a rich bonito-flavoured, egg-thickened soup. Seafood lovers can also indulge in the Taiwan Wok Fried Lobster & Crab, featuring the freshest crustaceans with Taiwanese herbs and spices.
Explore traditional Taiwanese flavours with dishes like Lu Rou Fan with Minced Beef, Braised Egg, and Pickles, or the premium Chicken Pearl Rice made with high-quality pearl rice.
