Fourgather’s new menu takes inspiration from classic Thai dishes, with a modern twist. A must-try is the Pinto Thai Rice Porridge (S$5.90++ ala carte), which is served in a nostalgic three-tiered tiffin carrier. This hearty dish pays tribute to the chef’s childhood memories and captures the warmth of a home-cooked meal. The porridge is made from fragrant pandan jasmine rice and comes with a selection of delightful side dishes like the Fish Sausage Salad Yum or Thai Garlic Lime Pork (Moo Manao), priced from S$4.90++ to S$12.90++.
If you’re dining with friends, the Pinto Thai Rice Porridge is also available in a set for two (S$23.90++) or four (S$52.90++), offering unlimited porridge and a variety of side dishes that are perfect for sharing. This is a great option for a comforting meal with loved ones, steeped in tradition and bursting with flavour.
For those who love laksa, the Thai Crab Laksa (Kanom Jeen Puu) (S$20.90++) is a must-try. This creamy coconut curry noodle dish is packed with tender blue flower crab, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs, with just the right hint of spice. The new menu items are available all day, with the Pinto Thai Rice Porridge and Creamy Lava Egg served from 3pm on weekdays and from 11:30am on weekends. Fourgather is located at 76 Telok Ayer Street #01-02, within the lobby of Amoy Hotel at Far East Square. They’re open from Monday to Saturday, 11:30am to 11:30pm, making it the perfect spot to satisfy your Thai food cravings anytime.
