The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore will be enhancing their well-loved afternoon tea offerings with newly curated menus at The Courtyard and The Landing Point, respectively. Served daily, the refined experiences each bear a distinctive character and will be accompanied by live harp and piano performances. To add celebratory sparkle to the occasion, guests can opt for a glass of champagne in addition to a premium beverage selection from TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee.
Served in The Courtyard — the heart of the historic national monument — the Traditional Afternoon Tea experience stays true to the English ritual with a classic assortment of finely cut sandwiches and delicate pastries. On selected days, a resident harpist fills the high-ceiling atrium with celestial tunes.

Guests can also discover the new Nyonya Medley creation, an ode to Peranakan heritage with familiar notes of Gula Melaka, coconut, pandan and mango.
Meticulously handcrafted daily by Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu and his team, the assortment is presented on an elegant three-tiered tray alongside freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and jam, paired with a premium beverage selection from TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee.

Expressions Afternoon Tea at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore
The Expressions Afternoon Tea is a celebration of creativity and individuality, reminiscent of Nature’s wild and diverse flora. A beautiful ensemble of vivid colours, shapes and forms, the pastries are served on a custom-made tiered tray and stand out distinctly against the glossy-black tray base — drawing one’s eye to the flavours that await.
The menu takes reference from contemporary Asian cuisine, blending familiar elements with Western influences. Handcrafted with premium ingredients from land and sea, the savoury assortment shines with bright flavours — from marinated Boston lobster with dehydrated shio kombu on brioche, to duck rillettes with red wine jelly, raspberry, and pistachio.
The dessert repertoire tells a tale of nostalgia and a return to one’s unique roots. Heritage-inspired creations include the Kopi & PB Toast, composed of Robusta bean-infused almond cream, salted peanut butter crémeux and buttery shortcrust pastry, as well as the Apple Nostalgia, crafted with Gula Melaka Opalys chocolate, five-spice apple, and vanilla sponge.
Freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam complete the experience, alongside a premium beverage selection from TWG Tea and Bacha Coffee.
