After a career spanning hit shows like Game of Thrones and Westworld, Erin Nash traded Hollywood for family life in Singapore. Gwen’s Frozen, named after his daughter, represents a father’s dream to recreate the best parts of his American childhood — summer days spent cooking short-order meals and scooping frozen treats — and share them with his daughter and local community.
