In collaboration with their sister company, ZAC Butchery, a homegrown halal butchery, Swissbake promises an unforgettable gastronomic adventure. This Festive Menu is artfully curated to usher in a season of merriment and delight, ensuring every heart and belly is brimming with holiday cheer!

Easily enjoyed in the comfort of your own home or office, Swissbake makes planning A Yuletide Feast much simpler with their amazing Bundles Of Joy (from $158) so everyone gets happily filled during this merry season. Whether you’re having a get-together with your closest friends, or curating a spread for the whole company, Swissbake offers perfect combinations of traditional festive staples.

1. Classic ($158 (UP: $190): serves 4-6 persons)

Experience the timeless charm with a whole Roasted Cajun Chicken generously stuffed with Chicken Sausages, and the juicy Honey Baked Turkey Ham Ball, a blend of turkey and chicken with smoky flavours. Pair this with two scrumptious sides and conclude this festive delight with a log cake of your choice.

2. Mistletoe ($258 (UP: $300): serves 4-6 persons)

Savour the succulent flavours of tender Roasted Beef Ribeye that is skilfully infused with fragrant spice blends and coated with a rich and flavourful demi-glaze. This bundle also comes with a whole juicy Roasted Cajun Chicken stuffed with Chicken Sausage stuffing, two delectable sides, and a choice of log cake to complete your feast.

3. Kris Kringle ($328 (UP: $370); serves 4-6 persons)

Revel in the richness of a French-cut Australian Roasted Lamb Rack, marinated in buffalo seasoning, zesty fresh lemon, and fragrant olive oil. Accompanying it is the savoury and luscious Roasted Beef Ribeye, adding a succulent dimension to your feast. Complement with two delightful sides and conclude the delectable experience with a log cake of your choice.

Each bundle comes with 2 sides and 1 log cake of your choice.

Sides:

• Potato Salad with Turkey Bacon (620g); generously adorned with crispy turkey bacon bits immersed in creamy mayonnaise.
• Greek Salad (620g); an invigorating medley of Japanese cucumber, feta cheese, Dijon mustard, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Log Cakes:

• Nutcracker’s Chocolate Yule Log (1kg); boasting a moist chocolate cake, nutty chocolate hazelnut spread, and a crunchy coating of salted caramel cereals.
• Rudolph’s Yogurt Yule Log (1kg); filled with strawberry puree, yogurt, and luscious strawberry fruit, all enveloped in moist red financier cake.
