To celebrate the Lunar New Year, Hilton Singapore Orchard CNY 2023 welcomes friends and families to Estate and Ginger.Lily to savour modern and traditional Chinese New Year delicacies. On 27 January 2023, look out for a troupe of dragon and lion dancers as well as a special appearance by the Fortune God who will be spreading the festive cheer around the hotel and wishing guests wealth and prosperity in the new year.
With its cosy, modern interior and residential-style open kitchens, the all-day dining restaurant Estate is the perfect setting for a reunion lunch or dinner.
In addition to a wide selection of fresh seafood, local favourites and various regional Asian dishes, guests can look forward to Estate’s exclusive Chinese New Year highlights. In the time-honoured tradition of tossing to a prosperous year, each table will receive Salmon Yu Sheng to start the meal. At the live kitchens, indulge in a variety of delectable meats such as Juicy Whole Roast Suckling Pig, Crispy Pork Belly and Roast Duck. Be sure to sample the fragrant Teochew Steamed Fish and the classic Braised Baby Cabbage with Imperial Sauce. Not to be missed, the Steamed Kampong Chicken in Lotus Leaf with Cordyceps Flower and Goji Berries is a delight to the palate, while the “Yi Pin Guo” Chinese Superior Clay Pot Seafood and Meat presents a delightful medley of premium seafood for an auspicious start to the year.
Estate Chinese New Year Buffet Lunch and Dinner
Sweets and snacks are an integral part of what makes the Lunar New Year so special. Inspired by the joy and abundance of this season, Hilton Singapore Orchard’s signature bar and lounge Ginger.Lily is offering three special cocktails, to be enjoyed alongside its signature afternoon tea experience.
For $78++ per person, indulge in Ginger.Lily’s carefully curated four-part journey of artisanal cakes, savoury treats, and a selection of local and international gourmet bites. Guests can also choose one of three Chinese New Year tipples to imbibe on, like the refreshing ‘Huat’ CNY Ice Cocktail ($22++ à la carte) made with Monkey Shoulder whisky infused with plum and chili, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and Aquafaba, while the ‘Oriental’ CNY Hot Cocktail ($22++ à la carte) presents an enjoyable botanical note with J’taime tea, plum, ginseng, wolfberry and Monkey Shoulder whisky. For a non-alcoholic option, try the ‘Bountiful Wealth’ Ice Mocktail ($14++ à la carte), with a dash of orange juice, passionfruit, ginger ale, bacon syrup and bacon bits.

With the Lunar New Year being a season of kinship and reunion, Hilton Singapore Orchard is offering exclusive banquet menus for those looking to feast with large groups of friends and family or corporate celebrations.
Hosted within the spacious settings of the hotel’s Grand Ballroom on Level 6, the Imperial Ballroom on Level 35, or the other flexible event venues on Level 5, guests can indulge on an auspicious eight-course Chinese banquet menu that includes highlights like Norwegian Salmon Yu Sheng Loh Hei, Braised Seafood Soup with Crab Meat and Bamboo Pith, as well as Crispy Hong Kong Noodle with Shredded Duck, Capsicum and Chives.
