From 9 to 14 February, diners will be able to begin their meals with a complimentary platter of Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng, served to every table. A lavish buffet spread of Lunar New Year specials follows, with highlights like Braised Pork Belly with Sugar Cane, Whole Roasting Suckling Pig, and Estate’s Signature Black Truffle Roasted Duck dressed in showers of edible gold dust. Seafood lovers can indulge in endless servings from the Ocean- Fresh Seafood and Oyster Bar, as well as hot dishes like Wok Hei Tiger Prawns, Szechwan- style Maine Lobster Dumplings, and more.
The bountiful feast continues on at Estate’s Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch, where guests can enjoy Lunar New Year dishes alongside elevated offerings on 11 February. Besides premium seafood specialties, an avocado bar, and an impressive selection of 32 European cheeses, dishes such as Deep-Fried Ginger Frog Legs and Roasted Five-Spice Leg of Lamb will be available. Lunar New Year exclusive desserts like Papaya with Peach Gum and Snow Fungus and Mandarin Orange Cheesecake will be served.
For an added festive flair, family-friendly activities such as Chinese Calligraphy Learning will also be available during our Sunday Brunch buffet, giving diners an opportunity to discover the rich history behind this fine art.

Classics include rich and buttery Pineapple Nuggets ($38 for 18 pieces) and a Big Four Happiness Cookie Box ($88) comprising Salted Egg Yolk Cookies, Golden Kumquat Coins, Almond Coconut Florentines and Gula Melaka Walnut Cookies.
Meanwhile, those looking for memorable gifts can take their pick from a range of Lunar New Year- inspired pralines, elegantly presented in red and gold boxes. The Mandarin Orange Pralines ($68 for 8 pieces) are intricately crafted to resemble auspicious Mandarin oranges, while the Trio- flavoured Dragon Pralines ($88 for 15 pieces), embossed with dragon motifs, come in flavours of Spiced Mandarin, Dark Chocolate Ganache, and Peanut with Feuilletine.
