Welcome Home For A Reunion At Estate Over Bountiful Buffets 

Estate, the Hotel’s residential-style buffet restaurant promises an unforgettable Lunar New Year with a plethora of delectable buffets for friends and families. Enjoy a complimentary botanical-inspired yusheng exclusively available only at Estate, served to the table on Chinese New Year Eve, Chinese New Year Day, and Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch on 2 and 9 February.

Estate’s Botanical-themed Yusheng: A Symbol Of Prosperity

Hilton Singapore Orchard presents “Botanical Blooms,” a yusheng that embodies growth, renewal and pays homage to the plantation beginnings of Orchard Road’s location. This flower-shaped masterpiece is crafted with premium ingredients including Aquaculture Stewardship Council-certified smoked salmon, luxurious slices of abalone, refreshing ice plant, and a medley of fresh elements. Served exclusively with a house-made sauce that incorporates tea extract from the Hotel’s signature tea blend, The Ginger.Lily – a restorative tea of goji berries and green tea leaves, and citrusy yuzu that tantalise the palate.

This uniquely-designed yusheng invites diners to toss to new beginnings while savouring the perfect harmony of traditional and modern flavours. Available exclusively at Estate from 20 January to 13 February at $128++ per yusheng, best served for 8 to 10 persons. 3 days in advance pre-order is required.

Chinese New Year Eve and Day Buffets – 28 and 29 January ($168++ per person)

Reunite with loved ones with elevated seasonal specials from the show-stopping Whole Roasted Suckling Pig, succulent Slow-Cooked Five-Spiced Australian Beef Brisket, and crispy Pork Belly. Seafood aficionados will delight in the Sashimi live station and Cold Seafood Bar featuring freshly shucked Oysters, Boston Lobsters, King Crabs and more, while salad lovers can explore unique offerings like the Roasted Pineapple Pork Salad and Marinated Jellyfish.

The bountiful spread continues with Prosperity Chinese New Year Sausages, artisanal Bak Kwa, Giant River Prawn Crispy Fried Bee Hoon, Oriental Fusion Wagyu Beef Rossini, and the richly flavourful Bone-in Irish Lamb Leg. For a global take on traditional classics, the Chinese Sausage Pumpkin Risotto with 62-degree Sous Vide Egg promises to delight with its unique taste and perfectly executed techniques.

Chinese New Year Dinner ($108++ per person): Elevate the celebratory spirit with a luxurious spread of Cold Seafood from freshly shucked seasonal oysters to Snow Crabs, and Lunar New Year-inspired breads including the exquisite Orange Bak Kwa Focaccia. You can also delight in succulent roasted meats featuring the golden Roasted Suckling Pig, Roasted London Duck and crispy Whole Red Grouper, offering a feast for the senses to welcome the seasons’ spirit of abundance and prosperity.
