Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore will serve its popular Thanksgiving set menu all-day from Thursday, 25 November to Friday, 26 November 2021. The holiday-favourite recipes elevated with Lawry’s classic American fare were created out of offering an unforgettable, stress-free, and delicious Thanksgiving Day meal in mind.
Begin the Thanksgiving celebration with freshly baked assorted soft rolls and table-side service of Lawry’s Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad, thoughtfully served with a chilled fork. The appetizer follows with a knockout seasonal soup: roasted Butternut Squash Carrot Soup.
Move on to the main courses and stuff your plate with the restaurant’s classic Thanksgiving special – the Turkey Prime Combo – two slices of Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef, carved and served with a roasted sliced Turkey, US Idaho mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and whipped Cream Horseradish. Simple and straightforward, this traditional dish is great on its own and absolutely heavenly when paired with any of the three available sides of creamed Corn, creamed Spinach or buttered Peas.
Alternatively, double up on incredible flavour with the fragrant and delicious Hearty Meat Platter. The savoriness of the grilled lamb rack, sweet smokiness of the slow-braised barbecue pork ribs, and an oozy poached egg create a mouth-watering whole that is more than the sum of its parts. The Bountiful Seafood Catches is a crowd-pleaser for the seafood-lovers. The combination of Ora King Salmon, Jumbo Shrimp and sautéed Mussels in Pomodoro sauce make for an indulgent alternative to more traditional turkey and stuffing.
Thanksgiving will not be complete without the caramelised Pecan Nut Tart with Häagen-Daz Vanilla Ice Cream.
