followed by a hearty bowl of Italian Seafood Stew and a scrumptious appetizer of Burratina Cheese with Cherry Tomatoes.

The lovingly curated menu culminates with main course options of the restaurant’s namesake – the Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef, which is aged for up to 28 days and slowly roasted on beds of rock salt to force the juices inward and ensure uniformly juicy and flavourful meat,

or for those wanting a lighter option, the grilled Hamachi Fish Collar with homemade soy sauce. An exceptional White Truffle Lamb Rack and Iberico Pork with Ham and Cheese will also be available and is sure to elevate the experience.
