Sheraton Towers Singapore celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival with a resplendent curation of traditional baked and contemporary snow skin mooncakes handcrafted to perfection by the culinary team of award-winning Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant. Unveiling two new flavours in Li Bai Mooncakes 2020 line-up this year, their exquisitely handcrafted mooncakes are made with the finest ingredients will be available from 19 August to 1 October 2020.

Perfect for gifting to business associates and loved ones, Li Bai’s traditional baked mooncakes are presented in a three-tier drawer box while the snow skin mooncakes are encased within an elegant tin box. Both packagings can be repurposed into a functional storage trove.

Li Bai Mooncakes 2020 – Baked Favourites Are Back

Back by popular demand, the nutrient-rich Green Tea and Black Sesame mooncake ($72) has a rich nutty aroma and is studded with melon seeds that yield a delightful crunch. Other quintessential mooncakes in the baked series include the White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Egg Yolk ($76), White Lotus Seed Paste with Single Egg Yolk ($72) as well as White Lotus Seed Paste with Macadamia Nut ($70).

In addition to the all-time favourite snow skin mooncakes – Mini Snow Skin Champagne ($70) and Mini Snow Skin Lychee Martini ($70), Li Bai has curated two new options.

The new Mini Snow Skin Green Tea ($70) is a favoured classic featuring a fragrant green tea truffle that is delicately swathed in creamy white lotus seed paste, while the new Mini Snow Skin Yuan Yang ($70) (coffee with tea) is a local-inspired creation that caters to the coffee and tea aficionados.
