Sheraton Towers Singapore celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival with an exquisite medley of traditional and contemporary snowskin mooncakes handcrafted to perfection using the finest ingredients by the culinary team of the award-winning Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant. Unveiling two new tea-infused flavours in the stellar line-up this year, Li Bai Mooncakes 2023 exquisitely handcrafted mooncakes will be available from now to 29 September 2023.

Li Bai Mooncakes 2023 – Innovative & Traditional Mooncakes

New this year to Li Bai’s traditional baked signatures, the White Lotus Seed Oolong Tea Paste with Sunflower Seeds Mooncake ($98) is a harmonious pairing of the fragrant yet earthy Oolong with the delightful crunch of sunflower seeds. Other quintessential mooncakes in the baked series include the White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolk ($98), White Lotus Seed Collagen Paste with Single Yolk ($98), White Lotus Seed Paste with Macadamia Nut ($94), as well as Mixed Nuts ($98).

In addition to the all-time favourite snowskin mooncakes –Mini Snowskin Champagne ($94), Mini Snowskin Lychee Martini ($94) and Mini Snowskin Sea Salt Truffle Dark Chocolate ($94), Li Bai has curated a new flavour. The new Mini Snowskin Chrysanthemum ($94) lends a subtle floral aroma amidst the creamy white lotus seed paste.

The latest introduction to Li Bai’s premium box collection is an exquisite wooden box with a mother-of-pearl embellishment, which can be repurposed to store knick-knacks for any occasion. Encased within are four individual boxes which house Li Bai’s mooncakes.

Avid collectors of mooncake boxes will also be thrilled with the varied selection of classic boxes this year. Traditional mooncakes are encased in two opulent boxes that are perfect for display or trinket storage – one is a four-tier tower box and the other is a two-tier chest. Both designs come in two handpicked colourways – elegant red and whimsical turquoise. The snowskin mooncakes are housed in tiffin carrier-inspired decorative boxes that are available in two designs, featuring dreamy lilac and whimsical turquoise for each design.

Li Bai Mooncakes 2023 – Delivery surcharges

Complimentary delivery is only applicable for orders of 30 boxes and above to one location (locations exclude Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Tuas, government buildings, Changi Airport and Airline Road). There will be a surcharge of $30 per location for orders with less than 30 boxes.
