Mensho Tokyo Ramen Singapore – A Bowl of Perfection

Mensho Tokyo’s ‘farm-to-bowl’ philosophy ensures the perfect balance of ramen’s five key elements – the sauce (tare), soup, noodles, oil, and toppings. They blend traditional ramen-making with unexpected and complex flavours, using fresh, seasonal Japanese ingredients sourced from local farmers and traditional ‘Kura’ storehouses. The Singapore outlet will maintain these high standards, using the same ingredients as its global counterparts.
