Nestled in the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, world-renowned restaurant Nobu Singapore Christmas Omakase joins in the holiday spirit and season’s festivities with three new inclusions to its menu. Along with the much-anticipated Lunch Omakase Sets, guests visiting the venue can delightfully partake in two festive year-end menus: the Festive Omakase and a special New Year’s Eve Omakase.
Since its launch in June this year, the venue continues to provide a seamless balance of sophistication and comfortable luxury. Stepping through bamboo-inspired architecture and colours, a one-of-a-kind sculpted Japanese garden and sake bar begins your gourmet odyssey. A hearty cheer of “Irasshaimase!” welcomes you, and well-executed Peruvian-influenced Japanese dishes follow. A staple across Nobu restaurants worldwide, veteran chefs skilfully serve subliminal flavours whilst utilising up to just five ingredients in each dish. Nobu’s immaculately attentive service team rounds up the memorable dining experience with excellent care provided to all, from start to finish.
Allow yourself to be engulfed in warm, premium hospitality this December with gastronomical abundance delivered from the finest ingredients of both land and sea, heightened with bold and clean flavours. From 20 to 30 December, your opulent voyage of the Festive Omakase (S$350++ per pax) begins with a Nobu Sashimi starter with caviar three ways. Taste the freshest local produce served in Baby Spinach Salad Kinmedai and Dry Miso, and Assorted Nobu Style Sushi. Two mains follow: the Singapore-exclusive Chilean Seabass Spicy Miso, then the fork-tender Josper Grilled A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef with Jalapeno Salsa. Chocolate Raspberry Praline and a selection of petit fours bring a sweet finish to your dining.
End the year amid cosy elegance with the venue’s New Year’s Eve Omakase (S$485++ per pax), available on 31 December from 5:30 pm. Indulge in six courses of unbeatably fresh seafood selections, beginning with Zensai, sea urchin elevated with caviar, yuba, and wasabi soy, along with Seafood Ceviche Singapore Style. Four courses of Peruvian-Japanese specialities follow, crafted to perfection by Nobu chefs under the tutelage of veterans: Executive Sushi Chef Tim Otomo and Head Chef Hideki Maeda. Revel in the delightful Assorted Sushiand main courses of Scallop & Foie Gras Vanilla Miso, accompanied by Josper Grilled A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef in Wafu Truffle Sauce and Fresh Truffles. Enjoy a decadent finale with Pastry Chef Jackie Teo’s sinfully soft Kagami Mochi with Orange Lime Compote, a selection of petit fours, and a sparkling glass of Champagne to toast to the new year.
Starting from 28 November, Nobu Singapore takes fine dining into daylight with its introduction of two lunch Omakase sets and a specially curated a la carte menu. Indulge in a resplendent start to your afternoon with the choice of Set A (S$145++ per pax), a five-course serving of Nobu classics, including Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing, Prawn Tempura, and Josper Charcoal-Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with Peruvian-inspired Anticucho or Japanese Teriyaki sauces. Bring a close to your memorable afternoon with an assortment of sushi and maki, and wind down with the creamy and rich Nobu cheesecake.
Opt for Set B (S$195++ per pax) to add a boost to your business meetings whilst sitting comfortably in private dining rooms with premium service whilst overlooking the venue’s unique tranquil Japanese Zen-garden. Commence with Baby Spinach Salad and Nobu Classic Hot Dish, the famed Black Miso Cod. Following Josper Charcoal-grilled Beef Tenderloin and an Assortment of Sushi & Maki Selection, the perfect dessert awaits with the sweet and tangy Vanilla Raspberry Mille-Feuille.
