From 1 May 2017, every Thursdays to Sundays, eve of and on Public Holidays, these deliciouscrustaceans are waiting for you at Spice Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road’s all day dining restaurant. Taking the yummilicious crabs buffet to yet another level, Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat brings you eight brand new crab flavours, totalling up the freshest crab buffet up to 12 tantalising dishes.
The Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot is here again but even tastier than before. The deliciously creamy yellow-golden gravy of this pumpkin dish is enriched to mesmerise your palate. In addition, you and your loved ones can get to indulge in all-time favourite Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab and a dish back by popular demand, the Crab Bee Hoon – definitely a local favourite way to enjoy this valued crustacean.
One highlight this season will be the Wok Fried Crab in Wu Jia Pi Wine – a family recipe that was passed down to Chef Low. The wonder of this creation is in the marriage of the Chinese wine when flambéed, igniting dancing flame over wok-fried crab before serving up the buffet line, leaving an unforgettable flavour on your taste buds!
Salted egg fans alert! Salted Egg Crab with Curry Leaves will grace the buffet line once again, bound to steal hearts! If you are looking for something “uniquely Spice Brasserie”, check out our Stir Fried Crab with Asian Spices, for tasty crabs fried with chilli padi, and dried shrimps. Other than your usual favourites, there are new creations being introduced to the table as well. You must try Crab in Steamed Wine, Rock Salt Baked Crab
or something with a kick like the Stir Fried Crab with Jalapeno. Besides your main crab dishes, you should also head straight for The Cheesy Crab Cake – an appetiser before plunging deep into the Endless Crab Party. Made with potato, celery, carrot, cheese, nutmeg and of course, crab meat under a light crusting of panko, the dish is thoughtfully crafted to whet your appetite. Last but not least, you must remember to claim your single serving of the exquisite Flame-grilled Mentaiko Lobster.
