You no longer need to wait for the weekends for your brunch fix – get them anytime between 8am to 4pm daily at PORTA Singapore! New to the brunch menu is an age-old French classic of Croque-Madame (S$14++); brioche sandwich stuffed with Mangalica ham, oozing with Emmental and béchamel, and topped with a sunny-side-up egg.
A definite hit, Spanish Breakfast (S$14++) brings together cannellini beans, spicy pork chorizo, tomato coulis, and baked eggs in an ensemble that’s hard to refuse. If you are seek something simpler in taste, you would love their Smoked Salmon Burger (S$15++); toasted, buttered brioche buns with Applewood-smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, served with roasted potatoes.
Pooches are welcomed on the alfresco deck during brunch—be it to bask in the midday sun, mingle with fellow four-legged friends, or simply spend some quality paw-rent and fur-kid bonding time.
Having snagged a top 20 spot in SR Signatures 2017—a celebration of the finest dishes along the Singapore River—with Prawn & Chorizo Pasta (S$22++), PORTA brings together more popular pairings for Chef’s Special Pasta of the Week (S$20++).
Enjoy a rotating selection of pasta specials, brimming with bold flavours and worldly influences, such as the exquisite Beef Stroganoff Pasta and sumptuous Duck Ragout Pasta.
New on the pasta menu is the Chilled Angel Hair Pasta (S$14++)—a divine toss-up of crab meat, sesame, salmon roe, and chives, in a luxe lobster vinaigrette.
Fans of PORTA can look forward to indulging in an epicurean spread of signature dishes from starters such as the Spanish Octopus (S$18++) from Ria de Arousa, grilled to smoky perfection, complemented with spiced patatas bravas;
or a perfect combination of creamy and savoury, pan-seared Foie Gras (S$24++) with onion marmalade.
Meat lovers can satisfy their cravings with a definite standout dish of Iberian Pork Secreto (S$26++) glazed with pommery honey mustard, and served with velvety, tangy mash,
or the mouth-watering Porta Burger (S$23++) with thick-cut fries, and Alain Milliat premium ketchup.
New from the dock is the Norwegian Salmon (S$22++) with root vegetables puree and sauces vierge, as well as the Seared Tuna Nicoise Salad (S$15++), served with fine beans, vine tomatoes, and black olives.

The Store allows you to recreate the Porta experience at home by offering a selection of imported gourmet food products like the Les Assaisonnements Briards Pommery Mustard (S$15.50++) used in the Iberian Pork Secreto; Pesto in extra virgin olive in Ravioles du Royans; as well as La Chinata Smoked Paprika Powder (S$6.20++) used in Spanish Octopus.
Porta is offering a two- or three-course lunch set. Kick start your meal with chilled Angel Hair Pasta with marinated crab meat, then tuck into a warm bowl of Ravioles du Royans.
