Brunch lovers, get ready — PS.Cafe is redefining your morning ritual. This April, the beloved Singapore institution debuts its largest-ever brunch menu refresh, introducing 16 exciting new dishes across PS.Cafe Great World, Harding Road, and East Coast Park outlets. This new lineup is a bold celebration of culinary craftsmanship, offering modern interpretations of comforting brunch classics with playful twists and luxurious touches.
The new brunch menu at PS.Cafe brings a refreshing perspective to the dishes you know and love. Expect a thoughtfully curated balance of rich textures, unexpected flavour pairings, and a touch of indulgence. From perfectly creamy French-style scrambled eggs to golden cornmeal pancakes, each dish invites you to rediscover comfort food in the most delightful way.
Scrambled eggs take centre stage in three inspired preparations, each delivering a luxurious, runny texture. The Chicken & Egg ($22) reinvents the classic chicken and waffles with crispy fried chicken drizzled in sweet soy maple syrup — a delicious harmony of savoury and sweet. Seafood lovers will revel in the Crab, Prawns & Egg ($24), where fresh crab and prawn are folded into creamy scrambled eggs, finished with ebiko and cheddar for a rich, umami-packed dish. For a more indulgent option, the Cow & Egg ($26) pairs lush scrambled eggs with fork-tender 48-hour slow-cooked beef brisket, lifted by bright house pickles for a perfect balance of flavours.
Sweet brunch enthusiasts are in for a treat. The Pancake Stack ($24) layers four fluffy cornmeal pancakes with vibrant berry coulis, fresh berries, and brown sugar ricotta, offering a rich yet refreshing indulgence.
Meanwhile, the Honey Crust Brioche ($16) features a buttery brioche with a caramelised crust, drizzled with luscious Gula Melaka caramel and crowned with coconut ricotta — a blissful bridge between local and international flavours.
PS.Cafe’s new menu also introduces innovative interpretations of beloved brunch favourites. The Black Sesame Avocado Toast ($18) offers a modern vegetarian-friendly update, where a rich black sesame dressing adds unexpected depth to the classic avocado base.
Meanwhile, the Crab Eggs Royale ($26) elevates the traditional eggs Benedict with succulent crab, smoked salmon, and a decadent crab roe hollandaise that will have you reaching for more.
For lighter appetites, explore smaller plates like bagels, a refreshing coconut and granola bowl, and delicate scones — perfect for a midday snack or shared bites. Heartier appetites can indulge in the Smoked Brisket Bunwich ($19), the generous PS. Full Breakfast ($29), or the warmly spiced ‘Burnt’ Shakshuka ($18).
PS.Cafe’s new brunch menu is more than a culinary update — it is an invitation to indulge in the comforting, contemporary flavours you crave, in the lush and timeless surroundings that have made PS.Cafe a Singapore icon. Whether you are starting your day light and healthy or seeking a hearty, indulgent feast, there is a dish thoughtfully curated just for you.
