Drawing inspiration from French and Italian gastronomy, Chef Elson presents a modern izakaya-style buffet that showcases premium seasonal Japanese ingredients with precision and creativity.
You can look forward to an extensive menu featuring premium dishes like the Flavours of Japan Sashimi Platter with Hamachi, salmon, tuna, and octopus, Grilled Unagi caramelised to perfection, and bold, umami-rich Japanese Beef Curry. The robatayaki grill serves smoky delights such as Japanese Pork Skewers and Chicken Yakitori, while the Oden Station offers comforting shrimp gyoza, assorted mushrooms, and pumpkin simmered in dashi stock.
Sushi enthusiasts can indulge in a two-meter-long sushi belt showcasing a specially curated selection. At the Live Station, enjoy daily-changing Chef’s Choice dishes alongside signature roasts like herb-crusted beef, Australian beef striploin, Bavarian roasted whole chicken, and slow-roasted lamb leg. For a sweet finish, delight in Japanese desserts including Wagashi, Green Tea Pound Cake, Hojicha Crème Brûlée, and Black Sesame Ice Cream.
On 16 April 2025, the Sakura Serenity Buffet will officially launch with a vibrant celebration featuring a traditional Taiko drum performance and a live tuna cutting ceremony by Chef Elson Lee. Adding even more excitement, a lucky draw will offer prizes worth up to $800, including luxury stays in the newly refurbished Grand Deluxe Rooms. This special evening promises a captivating blend of flavours, artistry, and authentic Japanese hospitality.
