In just one remarkable year, Sentosa Sensoryscape has become a must-visit destination, redefining your journey through Sentosa with its blend of nature, architecture, and technology. Since opening its doors in March 2024, Sensoryscape has welcomed over 5 million visitors, cementing its place as the heartbeat of the island and a first milestone of the visionary Greater Sentosa Master Plan. As part of the celebration, Senseri, a mystical Augmented Reality (AR) superbeing is introduced, blending tangible reality with the virtual through your own screen.
Spanning 30,000 square metres — roughly the size of 5.5 football fields – Sentosa Sensoryscape seamlessly links Resorts World Sentosa to the golden beaches of the island. Designed to extend your exploration time, this lush green connector has successfully increased visitor dwell time by an hour, inviting you to slow down, breathe in, and savour every moment. Home to over 200 species of trees and shrubs, the space captures your senses through immersive gardens, polyphonic water features, misty air pockets, and fragrant landscapes.
As the sun sets, Sensoryscape transforms into a dazzling nocturnal wonderland with its groundbreaking ImagiNite experience — Southeast Asia’s first outdoor phygital encounter of its kind. Amplifying this after-dark marvel, Sentosa Development Corporation has unveiled Senseri, a mystical Augmented Reality (AR) superbeing that invites you into a realm where imagination soars. Accessible through the ImagiNite app, Senseri enchants the night sky, blending tangible reality with the virtual through your own screen.
Drawing inspiration from Sentosa’s free-roaming peacocks and the island’s radiant spirit, Senseri embodies the fusion of ridge and reef. Her form reflects the vibrant life of the forests and coral seas, igniting your sense of wonder with every virtual sighting.
Complementing the visual spectacle, a bespoke soundtrack composed by acclaimed artist August Lum and performed by a 16-piece orchestra elevates the daytime experience. The evocative soundscape gently caresses your senses as you stroll through Sensoryscape, offering an emotional and atmospheric dimension that transitions effortlessly into the nighttime ImagiNite magic.
Celebrating its anniversary, Sentosa Sensoryscape also unveiled the new Sensoryscape Word Block designed by local artist JOOheng Tan. Known for his creation of the iconic Siloso Word Block, Tan’s latest masterpiece continues to capture the soul of Sentosa, offering a new must-see photo opportunity and a symbol of the island’s ever-evolving creativity.
Sensoryscape is not just an attraction; it is a dynamic canvas that collaborates with local artists, creative communities, and social initiatives. Whether it is lighting up in yellow and purple for the #ShineforDementia initiative or showcasing vibrant floral installations during Chinese New Year, Sensoryscape constantly reinvents itself to connect with your emotions and create lasting memories.
Upcoming highlights for 2025 include hosting the WWF Earth Hour Festival and the Sentosa Cares Week, promising new ways for you to experience and engage with Sentosa in meaningful, impactful ways.
Sensoryscape is a space of exploration, imagination, and connection. It is a sanctuary where you are invited to awaken your senses, spark your creativity, and embrace the spirit of Sentosa — a spirit that continues to evolve with you at its heart.
Sentosa Sensoryscape welcomes you daily, with the ImagiNite experience starting nightly from 7.30pm to 9.15pm.
