Shangri-La Hotel Singapore CNY 2020 celebrates the auspicious arrival of the Year of the Golden Rat with sumptuous culinary celebrations throughout January and February 2020. Bask in reunion celebrations across five acclaimed dining destinations – Shang Palace, The Line, The Lobby Lounge, The Rose Veranda and Lunar New Year Eve Reunion Gala Dinner at Island Ballroom.
Indulge in exquisite seven-course, eight-course sets menus and a la carte selection specially crafted by award-winning Executive Chef Mok Kit Keung.
The eight-course set menu – Prosperity, Harmonious, Opulence and Abundance start from $198 and highlight such as Fortune Yu Sheng with Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Poached Lobster, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Braised Whole Abalone, Braised Bird’s Nest with Sea Cucumber, Sautéed Boston Lobster and more. The set menus are available from 2 January to 8 February 2020.
Vegetarians may go for the seven-course vegetarian menu priced at $128, featuring highlights such as Fortune Longevity Vegetarian Yu Sheng, Braised Bird’s Nest, Assorted Vegetables with Black Truffle Paste, and more.
You may also enjoy a selection of delicately crafted a la carte and dim sum items, including Sautéed Lobster with Pine Mushroom in Supreme Broth, Steamed Star Garoupa Fillet Crab Roe Sauce, Scallop and Shrimp Dumpling with Caviar, Steamed Custard Bun with Sweet Corn in the shape of the Rat, to name a few.
A la carte selection and Chinese New Year Dim Sum menu are available from 13 January to 8 February 2020.
