SNOWSAND Singapore, a popular seasonal sweets brand, is bringing its first-ever pop-up to Takashimaya’s B2 Food Hall, from 20 November to 26 December 2024 . With a focus on premium ingredients and sustainable farming, SNOWSAND promises to deliver an experience that combines indulgence and care.

A Sweet Success Story from Hokkaido

SNOWSAND is the creation of Shintaro Naganuma , the former founder of the globally popular BAKE CHEESE TART. After spending time in the US studying advanced dairy farming, Naganuma returned to Japan to launch SNOWS, the winter-exclusive confectionery line. Each product reflects his passion for using high-quality, seasonal ingredients from his home region of Hokkaido.

What to Try at the Pop-Up

SNOWSAND Chocolate Sandwich combines crispy cookies with a smooth chocolate center, using **Hokkaido winter milk** and butter. The cookies are baked between hot iron plates to achieve a crunchier texture than traditional baking methods.

Sustainable Farming with a Purpose

SNOWSAND is deeply committed to sustainable practices. Their dairy products come from free-range cows in Hidaka, Hokkaido, where the animals live stress-free, leading to higher quality milk. The farm also follows circular farming practices—cake crumbs from production feed their chickens, and manure is used as compost to fertilize the farm’s grass.
