PS.Cafe has its humble beginnings as a cosy cafe hidden within Projectshop clothing store in 1999. Soon, this charming and understated cafe quickly gained a following for its hearty savoury cafe classics, famous truffle shoestring fries and indulgent cakes, puddings and tarts. Today, PS.Cafe has expanded to six outlets in Singapore. The PS.Cafe At Harding Road has long been Singaporeans’ favourite for amazing brunches, lazy afternoon teas, romantic dates and friendly celebrations. Now expanding its offering, this gorgeous cafe on Dempsey Hill has launched a weekday breakfast menu to be enjoyed in its peaceful and tranquil setting.

Hearty brunch signatures now available for breakfast from 8am to 11.30am include the PS. Fluffy Pancakes with homemade banana jam, blueberries, passionfruit curd and fresh cream as well as the PS. Kale Florentine with perfectly poached eggs, sautéed kale, homemade hollandaise on focaccia and sprinkled with parmesan.

For the health-conscious diners,  Superseed Granola with coconut yoghurt parfait, blackberry compote and honey offers the perfect post-workout boost.

Regulars will be delighted with new menu items which include freshly baked pastries such as Almond Croissants, Raisin Vanilla Swirls and Apple Cranberry Turnovers as well as

a range of ‘bunwiches’, soft and sumptuous buns filled with gourmet breakfast ingredients. The ultimate cheatday food – Breakfast Grand Slam Bunwich is filled with fried egg, crispy bacon, pork & thyme sausage and caramelised onions.

The beverage list that comes along with the new menu provides a whole host of refreshing options; artisan coffees made from 100% Arabica beans, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, crushed fruit sodas and an array of teas and infusions.

Since its opening in 2005, PS.Cafe Harding Road quickly became a favourite for many regulars. The cafe’s unique interiors are designed to be open to the surrounding tropical gardens whilst drawing from the character of the former army barracks that surrounded it.
