For early celebrations, Ellenborough Market Café debuts a bountiful Prosperity Buffet on 10 January, with a showcase of premium, mouth-watering local and Chinese cuisine indulgences such as succulent Fish Maw Soup, Steamed Red Garoupa, Braised Dried Oyster Fatt Choy and Black Moss and Waxed Duck and Sausage Rice. At dinner, guests will be further delighted with tantalizing seafood including seasonal Snow Crab and our ever-popular Slipper Lobster in Black Pepper Sauce.
