Available from 3 March to 30 April 2025 at the hotel’s all-day dining venue, Madison’s, the limited-time afternoon tea marks Old Chang Kee’s first-ever culinary collaboration with a hospitality brand in Singapore. The partnership offers both international and local guests a vibrant fusion of traditional Singaporean flavours and contemporary culinary presentation in an elegant setting, allowing you to experience the well-beloved home-grown brand like never before.

Madison’s, renowned for its Big Apple-inspired affair, New York-chic ambiance, and globally celebrated tea-time flavours, shines a spotlight on Singapore’s culinary heritage with this exclusive collaboration. The special menu features a blend of traditional sweet and savoury creations elevated with a modern twist and enhanced by Old Chang Kee’s signature touch.

From the Sweet Fun section, you can indulge in delectable offerings such as the Ondeh Ondeh cake, Gula Melaka mousse uplifted with mango jelly, Mango pudding with Sago Pomelo, and rich Pandan scones, served with kaya and whipped cream. In Sidewalk Savouries, you are beckoned to treat your palate with Confit Chicken Brioche with chili mayo, and Mini Pullman Style Rojak.

The savouries are enhanced with two beloved Old Chang Kee classics that have won the hearts of locals across generations: the vegetarian-friendly Old Chang Kee Curry Potato Puff, a mini variation of the iconic Old Chang Kee signature Curry’O, and the boldly spiced Old Chang Kee Sardine Puff, a mini take on the brand’s popular Sardine’O. Renowned for their signature flaky crust and aromatic, spicy filling, these curry puffs promise a burst of flavour with every bite. Capping off the afternoon tea’s exquisite selection is the luxurious Laksa Shrimp Vol Au Vent, topped with 8gems caviar and infused with Old Chang Kee’s specially curated Laksa paste, formulated by the team’s research and development arm.
