Mutiara Seafood Halal CNY 2025 Menu Welcomes Year Of Snake Mutiara Seafood, JUMBO Group’s first-ever Halal-certified concept, is all ready to usher in a more inclusive Chinese New Year with fully-certified halal CNY menus, priced from only $278. This year, it offers separate menus for CNY Reunion and CNY Celebration, marking the occasion with double the celebration. Specially curated for the season, eight different menus for four, six, eight or 10 pax use the best produce and pristine seafood ingredients – upholding the same culinary excellence synonymous with homegrown household brand JUMBO Group’s stable of seafood restaurants these 37 years and counting. The CNY Celebration menus are available from 13 January to 16 February 2025, except for 28 January 2025. The CNY Reunion Menu is available for one night only on 28 January 2025, the eve of Chinese New Year. Mutiara Seafood CNY Celebration Set Menu All month long, celebrate the Year of the Snake with the CNY Celebration Set Menu, lined up with auspicious dishes to usher in good fortune, luck and wealth. For small intimate groups of 4 pax, look forward to Set Menu A4 ($278) that starts off with Seafood Pumpkin Soup and 10-Head Abalone Braised with Shiitake Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetable in Abalone Sauce. Things are brought up a notch with Indonesian Grilled Chicken and Signature Chilli Crab with Mini Buns. The set culminates with Supreme Seafood Fried Rice before dessert rounds things off Chilled Lime Jelly with Peach Resin and Mixed Fruits. Alternatively, the Set Menu B4 ($368) brings Fish Maw Soup with Conpoy and Crab Meat as well as Stir Fried Scallops and Asparagus with XO Sauce. Next dishes come as 10-Head Abalone Braised with Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce Served in Claypot and Signature Chilli Crab with Mini Buns. Noodles are served as Stewed Seafood Ee Fu Noodles with XO Sauce before dessert sweetens the deal with Chilled Mango Sago Pomelo. For mid-sized groups of 6 pax, the Set Menu A6 ($428) whets the appetite with Seafood Pumpkin Soup followed by 10-Head Abalone Braised with Shiitake Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetable in Abalone Sauce. Fish is served as Live Seabass Steamed with Minced Garlic while chicken is presented as Indonesian Grilled Chicken. The Signature Chilli Crab with Mini Buns are not amiss, followed by Supreme Seafood Fried Rice and dessert of Chilled Lime Jelly with Peach Resin. The Set Menu B6 ($568) ups the ante slightly with Fish Maw Soup with Conpoy and Crab Meat before easing into Stir Fried Scallops with Asparagus with XO Sauce. Fish is a classic favourite with the Live Long Hu Garoupa Steamed with Soy Sauce followed by 10-Head Abalone Braised with Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce Served in Claypot and Signature Chilli Crab with Mini Buns. Satiate even the most voracious appetites with Stewed Seafood Ee Fu Noodles with XO Sauce before dessert rounds things on a sweet note with Chilled Mango Sago Pomelo. Bigger groups of 8 to 10 are also in luck with the Set Menu A8 / A10 ($628 / $788). Starters are tantalising and addictive with Crispy Fried Baby Squid and Seafood Donut Tossed in Salad Cream.
